What is the ERASMUS MUNDUS
The Erasmus Programme ("European Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students") is a European Union (EU) student exchange program established in 1987. ( Erasmus+, or Erasmus Plus, is the new program combining all the EU's current schemes for education, training, youth, and sport, which was started in January 2014.
In 1989 the Erasmus Bureau invited 32 former Erasmus students for an evaluation meeting in Ghent, Belgium. The lack of peer-to-peer support was singled out as a significant issue, but it was also a driving force behind the creation of the Erasmus Student Network. The organization supports students from the Erasmus program and other bilateral agreements and cooperates with national agencies in order to help international students. As of 23 July 2020, the Erasmus Student Network consists of 534 local associations ("sections") in 42 countries and has more than 15,000 volunteers across Europe.

What does the Erasmus Mundus scholarship cover?
It covers participation fees for the program, health insurance, living costs (€1.000 per month), and travel costs (the set amount is determined depending on where you reside).
It does not cover books or other study materials, these have to be purchased relying on the monthly living allowance.
Interview
You have been pre-selected and now it's time to prepare for the interview. Do your homework - research Universities' coursework and research profiles. Think about how it relates to your experience and background. Identify are most attractive features of this Programme for you personally. Contemplate what you can bring to the Programme, your strengths and weaknesses. Provide them with new information that they have not read in your application. Finally, write all of this down and come up with examples for all points. It is useful to employ the STAR principle when you do (Situation - Task - Action - Result)
The interview will be held on SKYPE, so you should be following things
1. Keep your profile professional. Make sure that your skype picture and username are both interviews appropriate (or create a professional Skype account)
2. Have talking points in front of you to remind yourself of everything you want to mention
3. Pick a quiet place. Remove all the distractions behind you and keep it neutral
4. Avoid interruptions. Let people know that you will be having an interview and make sure nobody enters the room
5. Be sure to tweak the Skype audio ahead of time to make sure you can both hear and be heard without difficulty
6. Make sure all other windows on your computer are closed (especially if they make noise). Use earphones if possible.
