Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington, originally known as Victoria College, was founded in 1897, the year of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee celebrations. The University is New Zealand’s top-ranked university for research intensity and consistently ranks among the world’s best universities in the QS World Rankings.
The Tongarewa Scholarships celebrate the University's commitment to our international student community. They award a range of these scholarships to international students each year. This is a partial fee-based scholarship that will go towards tuition fees for one year of study. Having a scholarship is just an award to the students. This will improve the confidence of the student. And very beneficial for those who are really willing to study but they do not have financial support. But there is very important points which will keep in mind before applying to the scholarship. But I think a student before filling out the form for the scholarship should know the lists of scholarships in Singapore.
