The scholarships offer foreign graduates from developing and newly industrialized countries from all disciplines and with at least two years of professional experience the chance to take a postgraduate or Master's degree at a state or state-recognized German university, and in exceptional cases to take a doctoral degree, and to obtain a university qualification (Master's/PhD) in Germany.

Eligible Requirement
- Graduates with at least two years of professional experience from the list of eligible countries
- Applicant must be completed at least a Bachelor's degree
- Two-year Professional Experience
- Motivation letter (two pages)
- Applicant academic degrees should normally not be more than six years old.
- Applicants who have been resident in Germany for longer than 15 months at the application deadline cannot be considered
- If the applicant selects the German Language you need to prove B1 lever, otherwise, you can apply German language preparatory course (6-month language course)
- If the applicant selects English medium - IELTS 6.0, a TOFEL score of 550 or above
- Letter of recommendation from your current employer; the letter must have letterhead, a signature, and an official stamp and must be of the current date (not in a sealed envelope)
- Bachelor's degree certificate and transcript
- Work experience certificate
